We are seeking a qualified candidate who can offer reliable support to the sales team and other departments. This vital position supports all departments in a variety of ways. You will perform clerical, administrative, and other miscellaneous functions in order to drive company success. Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondence, internal and external documents for various departments
  • Send samples to customers
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and e-mails
  • Maintain organized filing systems

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Great organizational skills
  • Ability to be flexible
  • Very comfortable working directly with people in several departments
